Can I join online?

Yes, you can join online. You need to first create an online account. Once you have done this, you can then join, renew and update your details. Please note, you can currently only pay by card online.

Can I join online and pay by Direct Debit?

Currently no. If you wish to pay by Direct Debit, please contact the Membership Office.

I pay by Direct Debit. How can I renew my membership?

If you currently pay your subscription by Direct Debit you do not need to do anything to renew it. We will advise you before the payment is taken in case there are any changes you wish to make to your membership for the following year.

I would like to change the way I pay my subscription.

If you would like to change the way you pay your subscription please contact the Membership Office.

I would like to change my membership category.

If you would like to change your membership category please contact the Membership Office. Please note, we will usually make changes at the end of your current year's membership.

I'm trying to create an online account but I'm having difficulty.

There may be several reasons this is happening. It is best to contact the Membership Office and let them know the circumstances, and they will resolve it.

What do I do if I can't find my login details for the member-only area?

You will need to request a new password, which you can do by clicking on the 'Forgotten Password' button in the login area.

How do I find out what grants are available?
