Voting

The electronic voting ballot for this year’s Microbiology Society elections is now open and is being administered by the Electoral Reform Services. Members eligible to vote will have received their secure log in details via email so if you haven’t, please be sure to check your spam filters. Those members who receive postal voting details should receive their papers within five days.

Full, Full Concessionary, Postgraduate Student and Honorary Members are eligible to vote in the elections to Council, Committees and Divisions. Members of the Early Career Microbiologists’ (ECM) Forum are eligible to vote in the elections to the ECM Forum Executive Committee. Members associated with both criteria are eligible to vote in both elections.

If you do not receive your voting details by the expected date, please contact the ERS directly on 0208 889 9203 or via email on [email protected].

Results of the elections will be formally recorded by Council in July and announced to the membership at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in September.
